Full-time Positions

Principal Social Worker/Hospital HOD

Responsibilities:

Leadership & Team Management:

  • Lead, mentor, and oversee the hospital team, including social workers, child life therapist, and other support staff.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance team expertise in paediatric cancer care.
  • Establish and monitor performance metrics to ensure high standards of service delivery.
  • Provide clinical supervision for the senior team members.

Program Development & Implementation:

  • Design and oversee direct service programs tailored to the needs of paediatric cancer patients and their families.
  • Collaborate with hospital partners to integrate CCF services into existing paediatric oncology care plans.
  • Ensure all services comply with relevant healthcare regulations and best practices.

Family & Patient Support:

  • Provide crisis intervention, counselling, and emotional support to children and families affected by cancer.
  • Advocate for the needs of paediatric patients, ensuring access to resources, financial assistance, and supportive care programs.
  • Develop and implement programs aimed at enhancing the quality of life for young patients during treatment.

Hospital & Community Relations:

  • Act as the primary liaison between the foundation and hospital partners, ensuring strong collaborative relationships.
  • Represent CCF in hospital meetings, advocacy efforts, and professional healthcare forums.
  • Work with community stakeholders to expand outreach and partnership opportunities.

Operational & Administrative Responsibilities:

  • Develop budgets and manage resources for hospital-based programs.
  • Monitor program effectiveness through data collection, reporting, and impact assessment.
  • Ensure compliance with CCF policies and healthcare regulations.

Requirements:

  • Degree / Master in Social Work
  • At least 10 years of direct practice experience
  • At least 5 years of supervisory experience
  • Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Expertise in medical social work, crisis intervention, and grief work
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations, insurance policies, and patient advocacy.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure financial accounts are properly drawn up in accordance with the provisions of the Companies Act and other relevant regulations (the Charities Act and Regulations) and Financial Reporting Standards in Singapore.
  • Provide periodic financial status updates to the CEO, Finance Committee and the Board.
  • Support the Audit, Finance, and Investment Committees in preparing meeting materials and following up on action items discussed during the meetings.
  • Ensure compliance with Charity Code of Governance and regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure accurate and timely submission of reports to Commissioner of Charities, IRAS, NCSS and other governing bodies.
  • Develop systems, put in place and continually monitor processes, policies and procedures to ensure accountability and transparency, financial prudence, timely reporting and good governance practices.
  • Liaise with internal and external auditor to facilitate the audit process.
  • Act as ERM (risk) champion to facilitate risk assessment, monitor and provide periodic updates of risk management status.
  • Other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Accountancy
  • Experience with Microsoft NAV, SAGE CRM and digital payment platforms would be an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Software.
  • Knowledge of charity governance and regulatory requirements would be an advantage.
  • Experience in managing a team and working across teams.
  • Good communications and problem-solving skills.
  • At least 3 years’ experience in managerial role.
  • Work experience in social service organisation would be an advantage.
  • Detailed and meticulous, with ability to meet tight deadlines.

Job Responsibilities

The Assistant Director / Senior Manager of Community Partnerships & Communications (CP&C) provides strategic leadership and oversees the planning, development and execution of CCF’s fundraising, donor engagement, communications, community partnerships, and volunteer management efforts. This role is critical in building sustained public support, advancing CCF’s mission, and ensuring long-term resource mobilisation.

Strategic Leadership

  • Provide vision, leadership, and direction to the CP&C team across fundraising, communications, partnerships, and volunteer engagement.
  • Translate organisational strategies into actionable departmental plans aligned with CCF’s long-term goals.
  • Partner the CEO and Board Committees (e.g. Community Partnerships Committee) on strategic initiatives, reporting, and organisational positioning.
  • Maintain oversight of departmental risk registers and contribute to the organisation’s business continuity planning.

Fundraising & Volunteers Engagement

  • Develop and implement multi-channel fundraising strategies to achieve annual and long-term funding targets.
  • Identify and cultivate new funding streams, including major donors, foundations, legacy gifts, and recurring donors.
  • Lead the development of structured volunteer programmes, competency frameworks, and engagement strategies to grow and sustain a vibrant volunteer base.
  • Champion a culture of service and shared ownership among volunteers and the wider CCF community.
  • Ensure all fundraising activities comply with regulatory requirements and align with CCF’s donor recognition and ethical fundraising practices.

Communications & Brand Management

  • Lead the development of an integrated communications strategy to strengthen both CCF and Hair for Hope’s brand, public awareness, and engagement.
  • Oversee content creation and management across digital, social media, print publications, and other communication platforms.
  • Enhance CCF’s digital presence and storytelling through data-driven campaigns, media partnerships, and advocacy initiatives.
  • Provide strategic oversight of all external communication materials, including media statements, marketing collateral, social media content, and publications, ensuring consistent branding and messaging across platforms.

Partnerships & Development

  • Strengthen relationships with corporates, community groups, institutions, and individuals to foster broad-based support for CCF’s mission.
  • Oversee the full partnership engagement lifecycle, including acquisition, relationship management, stewardship, and recognition across various partnership tiers.
  • Oversee the development of partnership-related communications such as grant proposals, impact reports, and partnerships materials, ensuring alignment with funder expectations and CCF’s strategic goals.

Requirements:

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in fundraising, communications, or stakeholder engagement, with 5+ years in a managerial capacity.
  • Prior experience in the non-profit or healthcare sector is preferred.
